I have been a therapist since 2008, and have experience providing services to a wide variety of people.
I have worked with individuals of all ages as well as with families and couples. My clients have come from many backgrounds including a variety of nationalities, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, occupations, income levels, educational levels, family sizes, and religions.
I specialize in working with persons who have experienced traumatic events - including domestic violence, sexual assault, natural disasters, accidents, and etc. - and aiding them in healing from these difficult experiences.
I believe in using scientifically-based interventions with my clients, so that they receive the highest quality of care available. I have been trained in multiple evidence-based interventions, including Brief Strategic Family Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - both accepted by the National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices.
